As we approach the festive holiday season, Netsoft would like to express our sincere appreciation to all our valued clients for your continued support throughout 2025.
This year has been an exciting one for Netsoft, with major development efforts focused on CareConnect. Phase One is on track for its live launch in 2026, and we were delighted to introduce our Early Adopter Program, giving clients the opportunity to be directly involved in shaping the future of the platform.
Throughout the year, we have delivered regular demonstrations at the end of each sprint cycle, showcasing improvements to CareCall’s workflows as well as new functionality such as dashboards and enhancements to existing features.
We were also pleased to begin onboarding clients to our Individualised Funding (IF) product and to introduce the new IF Portal. This portal provides a streamlined, transparent, and user-friendly way for IF providers and their clients to manage budgets, purchases, and approvals with greater clarity and efficiency. We are excited to see this go live for our existing clients, with more providers joining the platform in 2026.
In addition, we have continued to expand the capabilities of our Remote Worker app. The introduction of Broadcasting and Push Notifications marks an important milestone, paving the way for new features in 2026 such as mobile-based Job Offers.
Alongside our ongoing development, our team has remained committed to ensuring CareCall remains current and compliant with key funder requirements, including the latest ACC KPI changes. We also introduced a new TEMP module, designed to support providers supplying temporary staff to residential care and hospital facilities, offering better management and visibility over this part of their business.
