David Porter - CEO/Owner

Chief Executive Officer for the last 12 years and Owner of Netsoft Ltd for 17 years.

David’s journey started from a financial background, holding key financial roles in iconic New Zealand companies PC Direct Limited and the Lion Foundation. From there David diversified into sales and project management of the financial software suite Exo Business which built a solid foundation for his step into Netsoft.

Since joining Netsoft, David has worn many hats and brought his expertise to varying roles within the business, including sales, project implementation, technical support, business analyst and project manager. He has driven Netsoft’s sustained growth in the Healthcare Home and Community sector through building a strong team and an excellent product with the significant support of his long standing business partner, Paul Brogan.

On a personal note, David is an avid football player and supporter, which compliments his competitive nature and team spirit. He is originally from Sunderland in the United Kingdom, so is unfortunately burdened with supporting their football team for life.

Paul Brogan - CIO/Owner

Chief Information Officer and Owner of Netsoft Ltd for over 20 years. 

Prior to founding Netsoft, Paul has held development roles at several of New Zealand’s successful software companies, including PC Direct Limited and Exonet Limited. These roles offered Paul broad experience across ERP Accounting software development, with a strong financial essence. 

Over the last 20 years, Paul has added to his technical experience and gained a proven track record within the home and community care sectors through creating New Zealand’s leading home and community care software, CareCall. The key to the success is the close long standing relationship with his business partner David Porter, and the strong relationships forged with New Zealand’s healthcare providers. 

Originally from Scotland, Paul has learnt to taper his accent when communicating with clients.

Henry MacGillicuddy - Development Manager

 

Henry MacGillicuddy - Development Manager

With over 20 years of software development experience, Henry has assumed a variety of roles from developer, development team lead, validation manager, project manager and development manager.

His role within Netsoft Ltd is to analyse, plan, implement and guide any project to be on time, within budget and the delivery of quality health care solutions to all Netsoft customers. Henry oversees all phases of our software development life cycle and ensures the products Netsoft delivers meet user requirements.
