Report Writing Services

Report Writing Services

CareCall has multiple preconfigured reports included and available to home and community providers to access on an ongoing basis.

Many of these reports are used to report to the variety of Funders like Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Te Aka Whai Ora - Maori Health Authority, Whaikaha - Ministry of Disabled People and ACC in conjunction with contractual requirements or legislation. CareCall also has many reports for Sub-Contractors/Partner Providers to the likes of Solora, Geneva and Healthcare NZ.

Please note that these reports may require specific set up, specific data input and may require training support. Our standard reports are not editable meaning you cannot add fields and measures yourself but offer a variety of filters to find the data you may need.

We do offer report writing services if you find you need a report that is not on offer as part of the standard reports or if you would like to edit and customise an existing report.

Our Support Services Team is able to work with you on your reporting needs outside of the scope of the initial project.
