As we approach the joyous holiday season, we pause to extend our sincere gratitude to each member of the Netsoft family. This year has been bustling with activity behind the scenes, and we are thrilled to share some exciting developments that will unfold in the coming 12 months.

One of our significant achievements has been the enhancement of CareCall's software, with a primary focus on elevating the user experience. Simultaneously, we are on our way to developing CareCall on our new web-based platform, a substantial project which we are excited about. Another highlight of the year has been the inception of Netsoft's Individualized Funding module and I.F. Client portal.

In addition to these milestones, we are delighted to announce our collaboration with Mana Atea, a new client. A notable aspect of this partnership involves enabling label editing, allowing for customization within the software to embrace Te Reo Maori.

Netsoft has experienced growth this year through the addition of new team members. We are pleased to welcome Vikas Singh, who has joined as a dedicated resource for web development. Additionally, we celebrate the return of Neenu from maternity leave, rejoining Anu as part of our exceptional testing team. Edward Guanco has brought valuable experience to the team as a business analyst.
