Covid 19 Coronavirus Update March 24

Dear Customer

The impact of COVID-19 is now starting to be felt by people and organisations across the country, with New Zealand’s Prime Minister having formally announced a COVID-19 alert system, stating that NZ will be on Alert level 4 from Wednesday.

At Netsoft we thought we should let you know what we will be doing to ensure a continuation of support, while minimising the risk of the virus being spread.

Netsoft Staff to Work Remotely

Following the guidelines announced by the government today, Netsoft staff will work remotely to meet the recommendations of the level 4 alert.

All our systems, services and processes that we use to support you can be accessed remotely by our team. This means our team can work remotely without any noticeable changes in the way we interact with our customers.

You can continue to contact our support team in exactly the same way you currently do either by email at support@netsoft.net.nz to log a support ticket with us, or where there is urgency by telephone on + 64 9 213 9963.

Following the guidelines and until the situation changes:

  • Netsoft Staff will work remotely.

  • On-site visits associated with projects and training will be put on hold, or an alternative means utilise (online meeting)

  • Tools such as Team viewer or Zoom (already in use) will continue to be used to collaborate with you, however for now these will become the default option.

  • We will support our customers in whatever way we can to ensure the Netsoft application you use addresses any COVID-19 related data capture needs (should it become needed).

If you have any questions or concerns, then of course please contact us.
