A recent addition to its suite of products, Netsoft recently released
its "Disability Contact Manager". This application has been designed to act not only as a
statistical information gathering tool, but also as a contact manager. As with all our
applications, the Disability Contact Manager is a true 32-bit application that resides
upon an SQL database.
The application allows for "quick enquiries" where people
contact your organisation (via any number of means i.e. in person, phone, email, fax etc) but
are not required to be entered as a contact / client within the system. It still captures
information about the enquiry / person such as Reason for Contact, Service / Item enquired
about, Ethnicity of person, Gender, Age, Disability Type - therefore registers / counts an
enquiry within the system.
Similarly you can record the person as a contact / client within the
system, and capture their contact details for future contact (mail merges, targeted mail
outs etc). Full contact details are captured, as well as additional information such as
"Client Types" to allow for further analysis (Public, Supplier, Partner etc).
Once you have the client details in the system, you then able enter in all future
enquiries against the client record - to allow for a complete historical picture.
Tasks and activities are also stored against the client to allow
for any follow up actions that may be required.
Full statistical reporting is also provided to allow for
monthly / quarterly and annual analysis, able to be run by either individual employees,
or the entire company.
This application is a must for all information gathering organisations
striving for statistical accuracy and operational simplicity,
as well as system stability and scalability.
